To make managerial programs and make decisions, it is necessary to have some criteria. Today, considering the huge volume of information and the challenges every company faces, it is required to have criteria for each planning based on pros and cons. Therefore, the research science has developed numerous quantitative methods for this purpose. Some of these methods are designated as Multiple Criteria Decision Making models among which Group Decision Making Under Multiple Criteria are the most important. These models are adopted in cases where a group of people intend to decide on a subject that has become complicated due to many quantitative and qualitative criteria. In this article, it is attempted to rank urban areas from the crime and delinquency viewpoint to make important decisions including: crime prevention and improvement of police stations.

One of the ways to achieve a balanced urban development is equitable distribution of services indifferent areas of the city. Inequality in the distribution of services has a significant impact on the urban space and management costs. Therefore, the spatial planning and organization of space in order to optimize the management of urban space has made necessary equitable distribution of urban facilities and services. In the present research, the 8 regions of Ahwaz city in terms of development indicators have been studied. The research method is descriptive-analytical and by using of resource documents based on Multiple criteria decision making. Also AHP model (ELECTRE) was used based on 12 indicators of urban development for weighting the criteria. The results showed that the distribution of the resources and facilities was not proportionate with the population distribution of Ahwaz. Regions 3 and 4, in terms of development and having mentioned indicators of urban services, are ranked as developed and developing, respectively, and Region 5 has the development rate of 6 and is placed in the lowest rank. This has led to the dependence of the areas with low development level to the areas with high levels of development, and consequently, ended in social and economic gap in the urban system.

This research follows two main goals: first, ranking firms which are listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) based on the performance evaluation criteria and and second, Comparing performance criteria and identifying the best measures to assess performance. In complying with the first aim, traditional financial ratios, modern and economics measures were calculated for the period of 13 years (2000-2013) as performance evaluation criteria for the sample firms. Then, selected samples were ranked according of each index via the TOPSIS technique and Shannon’s entropy concept. Moreover, companies were ranked according of total performance indexes. The results showed that when the traditional ratios, modern or economic indexes are used individually, a firm belonging to the sugar industry, metallic mineral mining industry, vehicle and parts manufacturing industry is the first one respectively. However, when total indexes are used, a firm belonging to the vehicle and parts manufacturing industry posits the first rank. In attaining the second aim of the research, hypotheses regarding to the determination of the significance of the differences between relative proximity indexes of the firms in traditional, modern and economics criteria and also, determination of the existence and effect relationship between criteria and determination of the closest index to total indexes, were tested. Thus, Friedman test, Spearman test and regression were performed. Results showed that TOPSIS is an appropriate technique for ranking of the firm, and there is a significant differences between relative proximity indexes of the traditional, modern and economics criteria. Also, there is a significant relation between the modern and economic ratios, but these indexes do not exhibit a significant relation with the traditional performance criteria. Other results of this research relates to the existence of the relation between modern and economic indexes, compared with the traditional criteria, to total indexes.

In this article, we propose a model that incorporates the preference of multiple decision makers in to a decision making process using multiple criteria and cardinal method in the capital budgeting context. In this model, all characteristics represent a significant improvement compared with traditional capital budgeting techniques.

Ensuring the disposal of hospital waste is a major challenge for hospital waste management. the outsourcing process waste disposal can be a good alternative. The aim of this study is to select a company to outsourcing waste disposal to the hospital To help right decision making for managers. The research in terms of purpose is applied and the way of doing is descriptive-exploratory. The research community of Ministry of Health and Medical Education experts is about 10 people. By reviewing the theoretical literature, the most important criteria were identifing an screened by experts and Fuzzy Delphi method. Then The combined method of analytical network process based on fuzzy DEMATEL was used to determine the relationships and weights of the criteria, and the modified Grey Relational Analysis method was used to rank the companies. The results of analyzing the data collected through questionnaire and DEMATEL method showed that "financial" criteria is influencing and "serviceability" influenced for success in the outsourcing process. The "service accountability" sub-criterion has the highest weight and the first priority.

Supplier selection is one of the critical activities for firms to gain competitive advantage and achieve the objectives of the whole supply chain. In this paper based on a DEA-TOPSIS method for MADM problems a flexible strategy for supplier selection is introduced.

The purpose of this research was to rank Information Technology (IT) dimensions using sustainable development criteria. The present research belongs to the category of applied research in terms of objective and descriptive survey in terms of data collection. To this end, the six dimensions of IT have been ranked according to three areas of sustainable development. Ratings were done using Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) through the GRAY RELATION software. It is worth noting that the statistical population included all managers of executive organizations in the northwest provinces of Iran. The result of using the GRA methodology to rank the IT components through sustainable development dimensions has ranked the six dimensions in terms of scores obtained as follows service quality, information quality, system satisfaction, perceived benefits, system quality, and IT usage.

This research seeks to evaluate the characteristics of an influential TV presenter and determine evaluation indicators. Based on this, it’, s trying to develop a criterion for evaluating the presenters, using precise scientific indicators and also the hierarchy of importance of these criteria. The research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative exploratory and its method was to collect and formulate the criteria for implementing thematic analysis, to rank the criteria using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and to collect data using in-depth interviews. The statistical population, media elites, includes managers, programmers, presenters and professors of communication sciences, sociology and psychology, and 31 of them were selected in a snowball method to discover and rank the criteria. The findings showed that the personal, professional and content criteria of presenters, with 60 percent, are the most important, and communication, psychological, organizational, sociological and technical criteria are in the next ranks among experts. The indicators of avoiding imitation, public relations, vocabulary, high intelligence, audience knowledge, crisis management and recognizing the similarities between the speaker and the presenter from the experts' point of view are the most important characteristics for professional presenters. Performers also should know more than what they knew about performance and media. Characteristics such as the ability to engineer messages, knowledge of the world of propaganda and psychological warfare, knowledge of equipment, technical terms, mastery of journalism principles, detailed knowledge of research tools and religious issues, media literacy, knowledge of the position of presenter and media, and interviewing ability.
